Unsusped a License

Any or all suspended license or licenses can be unsuspended. In order to unsuspend a license, simply log in to your JetLicense account, and at the dashboard’s main navigation bar click “Licenses” and then “All Licenses”, as demonstrated here:

At the left of each IP address (under the license key column) you’ll see check boxes. Check the box adjacent to the desired IP address, or the boxes adjacent to the desired IP addresses. Click the drop down box “With Selected” and choose “UnSuspend”:

Confirm your request to unsuspend the selected IP or IPs by clicking the “OK” button at the confirmation message:

The result should present the licenses list. The suspended IP or IPs’ status will now be “Reissue”:
