Reissue a License

A cenceled license or licenses can be reissued. In order to reissue a license, simply log in your JetLicense account, and at the dashboard’s main navigation bar click “Licenses” and then “All Licenses”, as demonstrated here:

At the left of each IP address (under the license key column) you’ll see check boxes. Check the box adjacent to the desired IP address, or the boxes adjacent to the desired IP addresses. Click the drop down box “With Selected” and choose “Reissue”:

Confirm your request to reissue the selected IP or IPs by clicking the “OK” button at the confirmation message:

The result should present the licenses list. The reissued IP or IPs’ status will now be “Reissue”:
